Nick Cannon To Host ‘Family Day 2012′


Safe Communications Inc. announced today that singing sensation Gabi Wilson will be performing at their First Annual Family Day event, to be held at Santa Monica Pier on October 6th and hosted by actor, comedian and philanthropist Nick Cannon.

Entitled “Family Day 2012″, the event is an opportunity for family members, relatives, and community to gather together for games, prizes, rides, and some surprise entertainment. Signed to MBK/RCA Records, Gabi Wilson has been a positive role model and volunteer in her community since the age of nine. She has worked with many local and national organizations including the Boys and Girls Club and Rally for Kids with Cancer. Gabi plays five instruments and has been writing and practicing since the age of three.

On her 12th birthday, Gabi performed a tribute to her idol Alicia Keys at the ASCAP awards at the Beverly Hilton, in front of Alicia and music industry giants. In addition, she has starred in Nickelodeon’s film “School Gyrls”, wowed audiences on The “Today” show as well as “The View.” Gabi has also had two of her original songs featured on Disney’s “Next Big Thing” and is gearing up for her debut album release later this year.
