Third Place Prize: Mandy will Follow you on Twitter.

You would need to upload the video to Youtube. Once it's uploaded, send the link for the video to Mandy via Twitter.

You can upload it to youtube. They have a button at the top right of the page when you click upload videos that says record from webcam.
