The Palm Springs International Film Festival is currently in full swing which means the top critics and industry veterans in the country have their pick of the latest film offerings.
One such industry insider and director, Michael Lerman has compiled a list of his top picks to currently check out at the Festival and Nick’s “King of the Dancehall” makes the cut.

“King of the Dancehall,” U.S. 7:15 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, Annenberg; 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, Mary Pickford. Nick Cannon’s introduction as a tour de force writer, producer, director and star. “Be whisked away to Jamaica in this colorful and lively story of an ex-con who gets caught up in the vibrant dancehall scene in Kingston,” Lerman said.
